Is a trial daycare required?

Yes.😁 This gives us the opportunity to evaluate your pet to determine if we are a good fit for them and can accommodate their needs. (All pets must pass their trial day evaluation/temperament test to be accepted.)

This also gives your pup time to get aquainted with us before you book their stay. 🐾🐶

Are pets required to be friendly with other dogs?

Yes. 🐶 Our services are for social, well mannered dogs who love to socialize.

We know each pup has their preference when it comes to personalities and play styles so we focus on providing structured socialization that involves compatible playmates. 🐕‍🦺

This ensures a higher level of safety for all pets in our care, including yours. 👍

Do you offer transportation Services?

We don't currently offer home pick-up/drop -off transportation service for daycare. (Coming soon.)

However, we do offer an Adventure Shuttle service for our field trips! The shuttle provides home pick-up/drop -off transport & operates within a 10 mile radius of our location for a flat rate fee of $25 roundtrip.

Even better, this service is already included in our memberships!👍

Can siblings from the same household share dens?

In some casses yes! 😊

Pets can share suites or play pen's if space permits or their dens can be placed side by side so they are close but still have their own space.

🐾 (Pets who wish to share spaces must meet certain criteria (age, size, temperament, resource issues, etc.) to ensure their health & safety. All pets are separated during meal times, no exceptions.)

Will dogs be separated by size?

Yes.👍 Pet's will be separated in 2 groups for both play areas (inside & outside) by pounds. (Group 1: 5 - 25 LBS) & (Group 2: 25 - 40 LBS)

They will also be seperated by personality/temperment & play styles durring group play & activities in order to form compatable play groups.🐶🐾

How old does my pet have to be?

All pets must be at least 4 months old to attend daycare & boarding. (Adult dogs must have basic obedience/manners.)

For field trips, pets must be at least 1 years old with basic obedience and good recall. 🐾🐶

What vaccines are required?

All pets must have current vet health record with up to date vaccination status for: Rabies, DHPP & Bordetella or Titers. 🐕‍🦺

Records must also indicate current negative fecal test + proof of current flea/tick preventative.

Does my pet have to be spayed/neutered?

Yes. 👍 All pets must be altered by 1 year of age.

Are there any breed or weight restrictions?

Yes. At this time we are only accepting dogs that weigh no more than 40 pounds at their adult weight. (No breed restrictions for dogs under this limit.) Weight limits will be lifted once we expand. 🐕‍🦺

What are your prices?

Do you accept pets that have medical conditions?

Yes, within limits. 👍 At this time we do not accept medical conditions requiring IV/Injection meds or any other special treatments.

We do however allow conditions requiring oral pills/liquids; ear/eye drops & topical creams. Medications are administered at no extra charge.😊

(Pets should be healthy enough to attend group play & light activities.)

Does my pet have to be potty trained?

Yes. 👍 All pets over 6 months old must have basic potty manners. (We understand accidents happen.)

What about my new rescue pup?

Rescue dogs over 1 year of age at time of rescue must have lived in the same household for at least 1 year before applying. 🐕‍🦺

Does my pet have to be crate/pen trained?

We utilize open enclosures & cozy suites/dens that we have set up to comfortably accommodate each pet and suit their needs. This set up helps us ensure safety during meal times & rest periods and provides a relaxing atmosphere where each pet has their own safe space.

All pets should be able to accept these accommodations without overly disrupting other dogs in the "Zen Den" lodging area.

Do you accept reactive/aggressive dogs?

No. At this time we do not have the capability to safely accommodate human reactive or dog reactive dogs.

Pets must not have a history of biting or aggression with people & dog's or show aggressive signs/behaviors.
